Refund policy

You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags, and include proof of purchase.

Non‑returnable items: custom/special‑order parts, electrical components, installed/used items, and final‑sale items.

Damaged or incorrect items: Inspect your order on arrival and email us immediately if something is wrong.

Exchanges: Return the item first; once approved, place a new order.

Refunds: After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Banks may take 3–5 business days to process.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping is non‑refundable.
